A builder first. A defender by conviction.
Dalvy Mathew started with a soldering iron, not a boardroom. At fifteen he designed and built a hardware project that a Pune-based company bought. That first sale proved he could build something people would pay for.
More client projects followed. He picked up practical engineering discipline along the way and found where his career was heading: cyber security. He studied how systems break so he could build ones that don't.
While he was still at university, the work was formally incorporated as a company. Today Tinos Software & Security Solutions LLP is at the centre of a group of nine companies. Each one was started because he saw a problem that nobody else was solving properly.
Dalvy is recognised as a leading cyber security expert and a visionary leader. He leads a team of more than 40 people, and his aim hasn't changed since that first project: technology that is secure, practical and built to last.
